Welcome, I’m Michelle,
I’m a Women’s Wellness Occupational Therapist devoted to supporting women through the many seasons of their lives—from cycle and hormonal health, through pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing transitions of womanhood.
My work is grounded in a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom and its capacity to heal, restore, and transform. I create spaces where women feel held, nourished and supported as they navigate the changes within their bodies and lives.
I see the transitions women move through as meaningful rites of passage. From cycle changes to motherhood and beyond, these seasons ask a lot of us—and deserve to be met with care, support, and understanding.
My own journey through the unfolding of motherhood has shaped the way I work. It deepened my awareness of how much women need to be held and supported, and how vital this care is—not only for mothers, but for their families and wider communities.
I honour the shifts that occur across a woman’s life—within the body, the nervous system, and her sense of self. My approach is soft, attuned, and responsive, meeting you where you are, without pressure or expectation.
My practice is a weaving of occupational therapy, traditional wisdom, and embodied movement. Through this integrative approach, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, tending to pelvic and core health, regulating the nervous system, and finding greater steadiness in daily life.
At the heart of my work is a belief that women deserve to feel supported, informed, and connected to themselves—not only in times of transition, but across all seasons of life.

My Story…
I entered into motherhood with rose coloured glasses, naïve and completely unaware of the enormous transformative journey it was. Birth trauma, scarring, pelvic pain, disconnection and mental health ups and downs, are all personal to me and led me to start questioning the root causes. It has given me insight and understanding, as women we sometimes need extra support and guidance to reconnect with ourselves and to our village.
After the birth of my second child, I had opportunity to reflect on my own journey into motherhood, it was that moment, I instantly knew I wanted to help other mothers optimise their own voyage into becoming a mother and birth healing, whilst promoting wellbeing and preventing long term health concerns. I pay my respects to Rachelle Garcia Seliga for the wisdom she has taught me through her INNATE Traditions Postpartum Care Training.
The postpartum doula training has provided me with opportunity to heal my own wounds and scars and has shaped who I am, what I stand for and the way I offer services to all women and mothers.
