Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

This is a space of gentle, grounded support for women through pregnancy, birth preparation, and the early years of motherhood.

This season of life brings profound physical, emotional, and nervous system change. My role is to support you to feel more resourced, connected, and steady as you move through it.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may support you with:

  • Pregnancy comfort and body awareness

  • Preparation for birth and early postpartum

  • Postpartum recovery and adjustment

  • Core and pelvic health support

  • Nervous system regulation and overwhelm

  • Fatigue, rest, and energy rhythms

  • Understanding and responding to your baby’s cues

  • Emotional wellbeing and identity shifts in early motherhood

My approach weaves together occupational therapy, embodied movement, breath awareness, and traditional postpartum wisdom.

Where helpful, I offer simple, personalised practices to support your recovery and daily life between sessions, designed to feel realistic and supportive rather than overwhelming. We keep communication open and decisions shared; no black boxes or surprises.

This is care that meets you exactly where you are; whether you are preparing for birth, in the early weeks postpartum, or finding your way through the ongoing transitions into motherhood.

Sessions are available in person (if local to Townsville or Magnetic Island) or online where ever you are.

Initial session (90 minutes): $140
