Tele-health sessions are for mums wanting someone to connect with who understands and hears them.

To feel supported and nurtured through pregnancy, postpartum or motherhood. Tele-health sessions are tailored to your needs. The initial session will help guide us to know if you may benefit from one or many sessions. No referral required.

Pregnancy

Telehealth sessions can be used in pregnancy to help with:

  • Preparing for postpartum

  • Guidance through prenatal yoga and breath work practices

  • Dissolving fears and anxieties to help move forward in birth and motherhood

  • Building support systems

  • Setting healthy boundaries

Postpartum

Telehealth sessions can be used in postpartum to help with:

  • Debriefing birth and postpartum experiences

  • Feeling held and supported

  • Postpartum yoga and breath work

  • Guidance through postpartum healing

  • Strategies to prioritise self care and rest

  • Capacity building such as cued care, sleep hygiene and breastfeeding
