Whether you are navigating endometriosis, pelvic pain, bladder concerns, hormonal changes, fatigue, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection from yourself, this space offers gentle, grounded support.
This includes support for pelvic health concerns such as persistent pelvic pain, endometriosis, bladder urgency or leakage, and a sense of tension or disconnection in the pelvic space.Together, we work to understand how these experiences are showing up in your body and daily life. Through occupational therapy, nervous system support, and gentle embodied practices, we explore ways to reduce strain, improve function, and support your body in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
