Women’s Wellness Support

This work is designed to support women in strengthening their relationship with themselves, reconnecting with their body, and finding a steadier sense of wellbeing from within.

These one-to-one sessions are tailored to your unique needs and are suitable for women in any season of life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, postpartum changes, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this space offers gentle, grounded support.

I take an integrative and holistic approach, weaving together embodied movement, breath awareness, and guided reflection. My intention is to support you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s own intelligence.

Based on your intentions, what emerges in session, and my clinical and embodied understanding, I may offer simple, individualised practices to support you between sessions. These are designed to be realistic, supportive, and woven into your daily life.

You will receive this guidance following your initial session, with gentle follow-up to support integration and reflection.

Sessions are available online in the comfort or your own home or in person (if you are local to the Magnetic island / Townsville area.)
