It is with deep honour, I support newborn mothers to settle in and adjust to life with their newborn. My desire is for all mothers to feel supported and nourished through their postpartum journey, as I believe the birth of a mother is a rite of passage which has the potential to be one of the most transformative and powerful journeys a woman can embrace.

Cross-culturally, women receive postpartum practices focused on nourishment, extended rest, warmth and support, these are just some of the pillars I draw upon when holding space for newborn mothers.

My packages include a range of services to help you achieve a peaceful and content transition with your newborn including support and guidance with breastfeeding and infant-cry fuss concerns.

It is with deep reverence, I can guide you as woman to rekindle a relationship of deep trust and honour with yourself.

In our modern culture, it is easy to lose touch with oneself, or feel stuck in non-constructive patterns. I use a holistic approach, weaving in breath, mindfulness, yoga and other evidence based modalities to guide you to learn to deeply listen to yourself.

These sessions are 1:1 and are tailored to meet your individual needs. The first session is always done to assess exactly where you are at and establish your unique goals.

Body-mind connection consults can be useful in all seasons of a woman life, whether it be menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause.

I am drawn to the potency of sitting in circle with other women and I am deeply passionate about holding space to celebrate and witness women in their own journey and rites of passages.

I am deeply passionate about advocating for the wellness of all women especially that of our mothers. I strongly believe this starts well before conception but in this season of my life my passion is to support and nourish mothers through pregnancy and postpartum so they feel seen, heard and held. I strongly believe if a mothers cup is filled she has the power to mother from a place within her which has a ripple affect into the wellness of her children.
