Body-Mind Connection

This service has been designed to guide women to strengthen their own relationship with themselves, to heal and to claim their own inner power.

These 1:1 session are tailored to your unique needs and can be useful for all women in any season of life. If you are pregnant or maybe you are traversing anxiety, postpartum depression, or simply desire a better connection with yourself this might be just for you.

I use an integrative and holistic approach weaving in elements of yoga practices, breath work and guided meditation to guide you to deeply listen to your hidden knowing. Based on your intentions, my observations, our conversations and my skill set I will create an individualised practice designed to meet your intentions and needs, this will be emailed out to you following the initial appointment and I will then check in to see how you are going.

These sessions can be done at your home, online or in a studio space. Details are to be arranged during our connection call.
